About

Founded in 2001, Spider Strategies began as a web solutions provider, working with corporations to establish an effective web presence and build powerful additions to their marketing channels. In April 2004, Spider Strategies entered the Corporate Performance Management market with its first off-the-shelf software product, Scoreboard. As one of the first software packages to combine scorecard theory with modern web technology, Scoreboard was tremendously successful and adopted across business, government, and educational institutions.

By 2006, Scoreboard had outgrown its name. The software that originally only included Scorecards and Dashboards had grown to support project management, document management, and automated meetings. Spider Strategies rereleased its software as the Corporate Management Suite (CMS), and continues to revolutionize performance management through innovative web technologies.

In today's world of corporate performance management software, we see the customer left out of this equation all too often. The common formula seems to be simply codifying industry theory and delivering that template via outdated technology.

In the CPM market, it should only be fitting that software products mirror the ideas set forth by the scorecard model itself: to derive inspiration from many sources of wisdom and learning, and to grow and improve in a cyclical fashion, achieving financial success from our customers' satisfaction with our products and support.

This is where our customer plays such a vital role. Our customers are the ones who experience our products, and it is these experiences that can lead to productive feedback. Spider Strategies takes this information enthusiastically to the drawing board and continues the cycle of refinement and progression. We listen to our customers! Where there is a chart that they spend 90 minutes creating each week, we provide the power to create it instantly against live data. Where our customers have spent an entire morning aggregating and combining data to create a report for senior management, we provide the software to generate that report by a click of the button.

We will harness our customers' lessons, their experiences, their difficulties, and wishes and use this as THE driving force to expand and improve our product to solve their problems and accommodate their inconveniences.
