On-Site
On-site is the way we have traditionally sold and installed our products. It requires you to have your own server and IT staff to manage it, but allows you to keep all of the information on your corporate intranet. It is priced like most performance management software: a onetime license fee up front and then a 20% yearly maintenance fee for upgrades.
Hosted
The hosted option follows the software as a service model. We take care of all server maintenance and software upgrades for you and charge a monthly fee based on license usage. There is a $500 setup fee for hosted installations, and the first two months of service are paid in advance.
Types of Users
- Administrators have high-level access to configure the software and are the most powerful users.
- Performance Managers creates structures like performance models, cascaded scorecards and strategy maps.
- Application Users update metric values, assign or update actions and tasks, add notes and comments, and collaborate with colleagues.
- Read-Only Users can view specific or general information and create bookmarks, all at no additional cost.
