Spider Strategies is seeking a passionate backend engineer to join our rapidly growing team. We're the creators of Spider Impact, the leading Balanced Scorecard software in the market. The Role
We're looking for a backend developer to work with our frontend team to implement full features that span the entire application stack. You'll work in a supportive, low-stress environment that values work-life balance.
32-Hour, 4-Day Workweek Highlight

The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone with:
- 7+ years of experience in Kotlin and/or Java
- Strong skills in unit testing (e.g., JUnit)
- Proven SQL expertise
- A passion for writing simple, maintainable code
- The desire to work in a collaborative, low-stress environment
- The capability to hit the ground running and make immediate contributions
